Where we ship
We ship from Italy to Italy, every European Union country and these destinations: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and Israel. The countries available for your order are always shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on every order: card skins, console skins, laptop keyboard stickers and all other items.
- Lighter wraps (BIC and Clipper): flat rate of €6.79 per order, however many wraps you order. If your order also contains other items, you only pay the €6.79 once and everything else ships for free.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Every item is printed to order. We print, laminate, cut and ship your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). If we need to check your image or device model, we contact you before printing.
Delivery time
Orders are packed flat and protected, and travel by standard letter mail with Poste Italiane. Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of being placed. Times can vary depending on your country and local postal service, especially during holiday periods.
Tracking
Standard letter mail does not include a tracking number. This is how we keep shipping free.
Late or lost orders
If your order has not arrived 4 weeks after shipment, contact us with your order number and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with a photo. You get a free replacement or a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
Customs and import taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable. For destinations outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by local customs and are paid by the recipient.
Address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can correct it until your order is shipped.
